American Pad and Paper's Compliance Program in FLA Applicable Facilities

American Pad and Paper (AMPAD) was involved in bankruptcy proceedings through August 2003. Consequently, its compliance program was not in operation for the majority of the year. While both applicable facilities were reported to have been visited during the year by corporate staff, the company did not participate in FLA independent external monitoring due to a shortage of funds. The company plans to implement its compliance program more fully during 2004.
