Cutter and Buck's Compliance Program in FLA Applicable Facilities

Cutter and Buck adopted the SA800 Code as the company code of conduct in 1999. The FLA Workplace Code of Conduct has also been adopted by Cutter and Buck's Vendor Social Compliance Program. The Program is managed by the part-time Compliance Manager, who reports to the Vice President of Production. The Compliance Manager schedules all audits and oversees the company's corrective action plans. All internal audit visits are announced and are conducted by Verite.
