Twins Enterprise, Inc.'s Compliance Program in FLA Applicable Facilities
The Twins Enterprise Compliance Program, called the Assuring Factory Compliance Program (AFC) is based on the company's Code of Conduct and Compliance, which meets the standards set by the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct. The company reports that AFC is managed by a team made up of the Vice Presidents of each department: Operations, Sourcing, Research and Development, Finance, and Sales and Marketing. The family owners of Twins Enterprises make semi-annual monitoring visits to the factory, which was independently monitored by the FLA this year.
