Licensees join the FLA in one of four categories—A, B, C, or D—based on annual revenue and the extent to which they choose to implement the FLA program in their supply chains. Category A licensees, for example, choose to apply the program to their entire supply chains, while Category B licensees only implement the program in those factories producing licensed goods for colleges and universities.
