Collegiate Licensee Program Requirements
Category D
Category D licensees are companies with annual revenues below $5 million whose production and/or manufacturing facilities are located in the United States, where they are subject to U.S. labor and health and safety laws and regulations.The requirements for Category D licensees are as follows:
- Certify their compliance with the FLA workplace code.
- Publicly disclose the location of all the facilities they own and/or operate.
The registration fee for Category D licensees is $100.
