Rutgers University

About the school's commitment to protecting workers' rights and the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct: We require all manufacturers to join the FLA before they may become licensed. According to the terms of their trademark license agreement with Rutgers, they must comply with our code of conduct. Rutgers is also a member institution of the Worker Rights Consortium.

Princeton University

About the school's commitment to protecting workers' rights and the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct: Princeton University is a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA), an organization that supports workers’ rights. Princeton requires that its Licensees are participating members of the FLA.

Ohio State University

About the school's commitment to protecting workers' rights and the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct: The Ohio State University is committed to conducting its business affairs in a socially-responsible and ethical manner, consistent with its educational, research and service missions. As part of that commitment, the University expects each Licensee of Ohio State to recognize its responsibilities to employees for the conditions under which its licensed products or services are made.

Northwestern University

About the school's commitment to protecting workers' rights and the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct: Northwestern University has asked all of its licensees, manufacturers of both apparel and non-apparel, to join the FLA, abide by the FLA Code of Conduct (including additional women's rights language), and fully disclose the location of factories producing products bearing Northwestern logos. Licensees that do not comply with this request will have their license annulled.
