Participating Suppliers
In order to further the sustainability of factory compliance, the FLA has created a new affiliation category, Participating Suppliers. Individual factories or factory groups may affiliate as Participating Suppliers. Participating Suppliers take ownership of their compliance programs and assume a leadership position by directly committing to implement in their facilities the same standards as FLA Participating Companies.

Chenfeng Group
Based in Kunshan, Jiangsu, China (near Shanghai). Six factories produce apparel, including shirts, pants, leisure suits, pajamas, sports wear, silk shirts, and children’s wear.
Dongguan Luen Thai Apparel Co., Ltd.
Located in Fengggang, Dongguan, China. Wovens, knits and sportswear produced by three business units within Donnguan Luen Thai supply chain city.
Esquel Group
Headquartered in Hong Kong, Esquel manages 15 factories in 6 countries, producing high quality cotton woven and knit shirts.
Forward Sports, Ltd.
Located in Sialkot, Pakistan. Manufactures soccer balls and related products.
Grupo Miguel
Headquartered in San Salvador, El Salvador. Manufactures labels, tags, and elastic bands in three factories in San Salvador.
Hansoll Textile, Ltd.
Headquartered in Seoul, Korea. Manufactures knit products in 25 factories, primarily in Vietnam, as well as Indonesia, Cambodia, Guatemala, and Honduras.
Mainland Headwear Holdings Limited
Headquartered in Hong Kong. Manufactures hats in three factories in China and one joint venture factory in Vietnam.
MAS Holdings
Based in Sri Lanka. Eight factories in Sri Lanka and one in India produce intimate apparel and lingerie.
Maxport Limited
Based in Vietnam. Manufactures high-tech knits and woven apparel in five factories in Vietnam.
NK Apparel Co., Ltd.
Headquartered in Thailand. Five factories produce sportswear and casual wear.
Ocean Sky International Limited
Headquartered in Singapore. Manufactures knit tops and bottoms, ranging from basic tees to activewear and sleepwear.
Qingdao Belle Maille
Based in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. Qingdao Belle Maille manufactures knit garments for babies and children, adults’ underwear, sports wear, and casual clothes.
Yee Tung Garment Co., Ltd.
Based in Hong Kong. Yee Tung operates 15 factories in eight countries that produce men’s and ladies’ sportswear and sleepwear, as well as children’s apparel.
