On March 9, 2009, FLA released a report on a Third Party Complaint (3PC) alleging noncompliance issues with respect to health and safety and excessive hours of work at the Higher Jack, Inc. factory in China where university-logoed goods were being produced for university licensee MBI Inc., an FLA Category B licensee since 2003.
On August 20, 2008, FLA released a report on a Third Party Complaint (3PC) filed by the union Sindicato de Trabajadores TOS Dominicana in the Hanesbrand, Inc. owned and operated TOS Dominicana factory located in the Dominican Republic.
On May 27, 2008, FLA published a Second Interim Summary Report providing information on all activities related to a Third Party Complaint (3PC) initially filed on December 8, 2005 by Christliche Initiative Romero (CRI) regarding Hermosa Manufacturing in El Salvador.
On June 15, 2008, FLA released a report on a Third Party Complaint (3PC) filed by unions SITRACIMA and SITRACHOI alleging that local factory management at Cimatextiles in Guatemala threatened to close the facility in violation of workers’ freedom of association rights.
On January 16, 2007, FLA released a report on two separate Third Party Complaints (3PC) filed by workers at the Textile, Co., Inc. facility in the Dominican Republic, owned by FLA affiliate Gildan Activewear.
On January 10, 2011, FLA issued a report on a Third Party Complaint (3PC) from the SITRAGILDAN union, affiliated with the union federation FEDOTRAZONAS, at FLA affiliated company Gildan Activewear Inc.'s Gildan Activewear Dominican Republic factory (Dortex-Gildan).
On March 1, 2010, FLA received a Third Party Complaint (3PC) from several workers alleging a range of violations of labor standards and of the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct at the Chi Fung S.A de C.V factory in El Salvador.
