The FLA Board of Directors voted to re-accredit Patagonia’s labor compliance program in February 2013. The assessment for reaccreditation covers the period 2009 to 2012.
This reaccreditation report is based on information provided by Patagonia in its annual reports to FLA, verified through visits to the company’s headquarters office, field observation, review of FLA supplier-level assessments at applicable facilities, and interactions with civil society organizations.
Patagonia was approved for affiliation as a Participating Company in 2001 and accredited in October 2008.
