Annual Public Reports
Each year, the FLA publishes an Annual Public Report, which includes an impartial, in-depth account of the FLA’s Independent External Monitoring (IEM) activities. The report details common regional compliance issues that were uncovered during the unannounced audits conducted at a random sample of factories used by affiliated companies. Noncompliance issues are identified with respect to each code obligation outlined in the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct. In addition, the report addresses issues of importance to the labor and business community through articles and other features.
