Princeton University is a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA), an organization that supports workers’ rights. Princeton requires that its Licensees are participating members of the FLA.

The FLA works with companies on a regular basis to develop compliance programs that bring them closer to compliance. It is really important to the schools that the FLA play that role.
