Affiliates

We provide training, tools, and resources on building a sustainable social compliance program and increasing supply chain transparency to the 2,500+ FLA affiliates that participate in our knowledge-building programs.

Our Collegiate Licensee Program, Collegiate Retailer Program pilot, and Single-Factory Supplier Program increase affiliates’ awareness of labor rights risks and provide regular training to mitigate those risks.

While these companies do not go through the same rigorous, multi-year process as our members pursuing Fair Labor Accreditation, all affiliates are required to learn from our rigorous Fair Labor Standards and meet a series of obligations designed to improve working conditions in global supply chains and protect workers’ rights.
