Fair Labor Association conducts an Independent External Verification (IEV) assessment in a given farm or luster of farms, where FLA has previously conducted an Independent External Monitoring (IEM) assessment, and after the Company’s remediation plan is completed. FLA uses IEV to verify the effective implementation of the Company’s corrective action plan (CAP) and assess if the actions have led to sustainable results.
