Fair Labor Association conducts an Independent External Verification (IEV) assessment in a given farm or cluster of farms where FLA has previously undertaken an Independent External Monitoring (IEM) assessment and after the Company’s remediation plan is completed. FLA uses IEVs to verify the effective implementation of the Company’s corrective action plan (CAP) and assess if the actions have led to sustainable results.
