The FLA Board of Directors voted to re-accredit New Era Cap Company’s labor compliance program in June 2010. This assessment for reaccreditation covers the period 2007 to 2009.
The reaccreditation report is based on information provided by New Era Cap in its annual reports to FLA, verified through visits to the company’s headquarters office, field observation, review of FLA supplier-level assessments at applicable facilities, and interactions with civil society organizations.
New Era Cap Company was approved for affiliation as a Participating Company in 2003 and accredited in June 2007.
