Krishna Dhamodaran is a project manager at FLA. He manages several projects across South India as part of the Innovation team, including Harvesting the Future – Natural Ingredients, which aims to create a more ethical and resilient supply chain for jasmine, tuberose, and vetiver.
Dhamodaran joined FLA in 2026, bringing a strong background in textile sciences and engineering, as well as on-the-ground experience in manufacturing and procurement. Prior to FLA, Dhamodaran spent several years at sports retailing company Decathlon, contributing across functions and supporting ethical sourcing initiatives focused on tackling forced and child labor risks and fair compensation practices.
He defines himself most with his integrity, humility and deep connections to his roots, and says his family is the greatest source of joy and inspiration. He is a fitness enthusiast and yoga practitioner, enjoys family road trips, and has an interest in history and cultural exploration.
Dhamodaran is based in Coimbatore, India and speaks English, Hindi, Bangla, Bengali, Tamil, and Telugu.
