Finian Brecher is a program officer on FLA’s Social Compliance team. In his role, Brecher assists companies through the Fair Labor Accreditation process, including supporting the research and development of social compliance programs.
Prior to joining FLA in 2025, Brecher worked as a project manager at Management Systems International, an international development company and part of Tetra Tech, where he oversaw several regional USAID-funded projects. Previously, he was an analyst for Fontheim International, where he worked on issues related to corporate social responsibility and labor rights in global apparel supply chains.
Brecher holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from American University and a master’s degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He is based in Washington, DC, and speaks English and Spanish.
