Chathuri Mohan

As a project specialist at the Fair Labor Association, Chathuri C. Mohan works on the Harvesting the Future—Natural Ingredients in India project, with a focus on field-level assessments, supply chain mapping, and human rights due diligence. Her role also includes engaging with implementing partners, processors, suppliers, workers, farmers, communities, and other stakeholders, as well as contributing to child labor prevention and remediation, project monitoring, training, stakeholder coordination, and coalition governance.

She joined the Fair Labor Association in September 2026 and brings 15 years of experience in the social impact and responsible business sector, having worked as a third-party auditor, consultant, trainer, and facilitator. Her experience spans social compliance, human rights impact assessments, supply chain assessment and mapping, worker and stakeholder engagement, research, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building across agricultural, manufacturing, and informal-sector contexts. Her work has involved extensive engagement with workers, farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, supporting organizations to strengthen responsible workplace practices and human rights due diligence.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). She is pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology, specializing in Industrial Psychology, bringing together perspectives on law, human rights, workplaces, and people in her professional work.

She is based in Kochi, Kerala, India and fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
