FLA holds member companies accountable for enforcement of its Fair Labor Code in their supplier facilities.
A rigorous system for assessing working conditions, remedying violations, and verifying progress includes visits to a random sample of facilities each year. The results of recent assessments are available here with each company’s corrective action plan (CAP) and progress updates.
Note: The reports below include assessments for current FLA Participating Companies and Suppliers, as well as certain collegiate licensees and recent former members.
The CAPs for former members and licensees will no longer be updated on a regular basis and are kept for historical purposes only.
As of 2022, collegiate licensees no longer receive SCI assessments; FLA’s licensee program requirements now center around knowledge-building.
