The FLA Board of Directors voted to accredit Top of the World’s labor compliance program in February 2012.
Top of the World, LLC is a headwear manufacturing company headquartered in Norman, Okla. Products are sold through retail stores under the Top of the World and Captivating Headgear brands. In addition to manufactured collegiate headwear, the company enhances blank caps with collegiate and corporate logos in the United States. Top of the World holds licensing contracts with over 250 universities.
The company included the following brands under its FLA scope: Top of the World, Captivating Headgear, Anheuser Busch, Disney, Hard Rock, and all brands and products produced under university licenses.
