The Fair Labor Association’s (FLA) Harvesting the Future (HTF) initiative is among the 2025 finalists for the 5th Annual Anthem Awards, celebrating individuals, companies, and organizations whose mission-driven work is creating meaningful change around the world.
Alongside the finalist announcement comes the launch of Anthem Community Voice awards, an annual voting campaign and celebration to uplift the work of Anthem Finalists. Winners are selected entirely based on public support.
HTF is a finalist in the Anthem Awards category “Humanitarian Action & Services” for its goal to improve human rights and labor conditions of agricultural workers and their families. HTF initiatives take place across Türkiye, Egypt, and India, establishing strong human rights due diligence practices around child protection and responsible recruitment. It brings together companies, their suppliers, civil society organizations, and governments to support meaningful and sustainable change for workers.
This year’s Anthem Award Finalists were selected from over 2,000 submissions from 42 countries. Judges for the awards hail from a diverse group of leaders from across the impact industry. Notable award finalists include Citi Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, and World Central Kitchen, among others.
